I enjoy inspiring clients to reach their personal fitness goals. I have succeeded in my job when I have helped my clients become more fit. It is important to make a workout fun. By using a variety of workouts and keeping things new and exciting, I help people reach their fitness goals.”
I bring passion, persistence and wealth of knowledge to my clients and up to date and unique training techniques. Applicable and effective is my philosophy, we work hard together planning your success. cardiovascular fitness, resistance, and flexibility training, womens weight loss, special & aging population, performance enhancement sport-specific training, weight loss and rehabilitation are other areas I have a vast amount of experience. As a versatile personal trainer, I can tailor various fitness programs to meet your individual requirements.
My hobbies are golf, theater and art, jazz, skydiving, scuba diving, ATV riding, rappelling, horseback riding, hiking, snowmobiling, snowboarding, whitewater rafting, and more.
